Terms of use

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Sekka.
• You are responsible for what you upload and the prompts you write. Only upload images you have the right to use.
• Don't use Sekka to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that impersonates a real person to deceive, or anything illegal where you live. We block and may suspend accounts that try.
• Generated videos are made by third-party models. Subject to those models' terms and these rules, you may use your videos commercially.
• We may change prices for future shots. A shot's price never changes after you press generate.

Privacy

• We store your email, your balance and payment records, your prompts, reference images and generated videos.
• Prompts and reference images are sent to the video model that renders your shot, and to nobody else.
• Your videos are private to your account. We don't publish them without your permission.
• You can ask us to delete your account and videos at any time by writing to support.

Refunds

• Technical failures (timeouts, provider errors, broken output) are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Shots blocked by content rules are not charged.
• A shot that renders correctly but isn't to your taste is not refunded.
• Unused balance can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase on request, minus payment processing fees.
